Yep. As I explained to my son last night, you can change your thought patterns. It can be done. He believes it sound too much like hard work though. lol

Yes, it can be done! That’s a good thing to teach him, because people need to know that they don’t have to be stuck where they’re at. They can change, and then their whole world can change.

That’s a one liner worthy of a sticky note to hang on my mirror. The sticky notes remind me what is important in life. Pretty soon, I won’t be able to see myself. π

Just keep the center clear of notes and you’ll be set. π This would be a good everyday reminder. I could probably use it on my mirror also.
