Thank you! I didn’t used to be either, but I’m learning little by little. It takes a lot of practice to learn to keep quiet when we have so much we want to say.

That is true. It can be very difficult to keep quiet. However, it can be accomplished. It just requires a great deal of self control. One of my favorite sayings regarding this is, “pick your battles.”
