This video touched my heart this morning, as eating disorders have become such an epidemic, especially here in America. Lives are destroyed and stripped away by these disorders every day. I see people all too often struggling with this and it is heartbreaking.
The video was directed and produced by two middle school aged girls. They see this first hand in their school and want to make a difference. I commend them for caring enough to make such an honest and thoughtful video.
You are beautiful. There is only one you in this world. Be proud that you are uniquely made. Love yourself for who you are. You are beautiful. You are loved.

Maybe it’ll help the younger generation by seeing a video made from someone their own age. As we know, kids don’t always listen to adults, since we apparently ‘don’t know anything or understand what they’re going through’.

It is very sad. It’s a sad world we live in, where people believe that they have to do this in order to be accepted. All people get older and at some point, everyone’s beauty will fade. That is why it is what’s inside that matters the most.
